anger management

ℍusband: "When I get mad at you, you never fight back. How do you control your anger?"

Wife: "I clean the toilet."

Husband: "And how does that help?"

Wife: "I use your toothbrush."

Saying that someone is "mad" when they're angry is mostly North-American English. Otherwise you can use "angry", "upset", or any number of synonyms that mean "fâché".
